Our mission is to be a private, independent university of world-class scholarship with an emphasis on intellectual and also moral development. IIC University of Technology strives to be Cambodian in character but international in perspective.
Goals
The goals of IIC University of Technology are:

- To undertake scholarly research in business-related disciplines necessary to build an internationally competitive community.
- To provide an environment in which both staff and students aspire to high standards of intellectual, professional and ethical development.
- To provide business and economic skills to students and to promote the practical use of advanced technology in business and economics.
- To provide resources to support all aspects of scholarship within the University including teaching, learning and research activities.
In addition, the University is committed to the personal responsibility and integrity of staff and students, fairness in procedures and efficiency in operations. IIC seeks productive and cooperative relations with other universities of higher education and learning throughout the world.
Student Profile
The University prides itself on its diverse student body made up of men and women from a wide range of ages, religions and backgrounds. The students at IIC come from Phnom Penh and across the country.
